Bharat Electronics Limited, a Navratna Company and India’s premier professional Electronics Company requires
outstanding HR Professional for its Kotdwara Unit.
Post - Probationary Officer (HR) - (01) ONE
Category and Grade - General, E-II
Pay Scale - Rs.8, 600-250-14,600/- (CTC: - approximately 3.8 lacs)
(Pay revision due w.e.f. 01.01.2007)
Qualification - Graduation with first class in MSW/MBA (2 years full time with specialization in
(Essential) HRM/Personnel Management and Industrial Relations)/First class in Postgraduate
Degree/Postgraduate Diploma (2 years fulltime) in HRM/Personnel Management and
Industrial Relations from a recognized University/Institute.
Experience - A minimum of 1year experience in a similar capacity will be an added advantage.
Age - Upper age limit of 25 years as on 01.09.2008
2. Knowledge of Hindi is essential.
3. In addition to Basic Pay other allowances like Dearness Allowance, HRA, Area Allowance, Conveyance
Reimbursement, Leave Travel Assistance, Professional Development Allowance, reimbursement of medical expenses,
PF, Gratuity etc. will be part of the remuneration package. In addition, the executive will be eligible for vehicle loan on
subsidized rate, interest free annual advance, interest subsidy on housing loan and Group Insurance as per Company
rules.
4. Reservation / Relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/PWD will be made as per Govt. guidelines. Application should be
accompanied by a crossed DD of Rs.300/-(non refundable) for GENERAL/OBC and Rs. 50/- for SC/ST/PWD
candidates drawn on any scheduled bank in favor of ‘Bharat Electronics Limited, Kotdwara’. Candidates employed in
Govt. /Quasi Govt. / PSU’s should apply through proper channel or produce NOC at the time of test / interview.
